Vodafone NZ Announces the BlackBerry Storm

Following in the footsteps of Vodafone around the rest of the world, Vodafone NZ have announced their worst-kept secret: the BlackBerry Storm. The Storm is an iPhone-esque full screen touch device, with a unique “responsive touch screen” that clicks when touched. Beyond that, the Storm sports the normal suite of apps you’d expect from BlackBerry, with 3G connectivity.

Vodafone today launches the first ever ?clickable? touch screen smartphone, the BlackBerry Storm from Research In Motion (RIM).

The BlackBerry Storm will be available exclusively on Vodafone New Zealand?s high speed 3G mobile broadband network from next month.
